Our ready mixed concrete batching plant is fully automatic concrete mixing system equipment, composed by aggregate feeding system, measuring system, mixing system, electrical control system, powder system etc. In addition our plant is with separate manual control, and high-precision computer control.
1.Aggregate Feeding system.
Usually it has 3-5 large stock bins to store different kinds of aggregates, and 1-4 powder bins, which one can contain 100t or 200t powder. The powder can be cement, fly ash, or other additives and density is about 1.5t/m3. Then send the aggregates and power to measuring system by belt conveyor and screw conveyor. Other additives and water will be added by cooperated pumps.
2.Measuring system
We use two methods to measuring the aggregates and powder. One is separate measuring, the other is accumulative measurement. In the production will use the two kind methods.
3.Mixing system
After measuring all materials, then need to mix completely and sufficiently. The mixer is specially designed to get more strength and adopt wear-resistant board for the parts easy to be worn out. This system is the most important part, it will affect the quality of conceret and production efficiency. The agitating vane can make sure the materials are mixed fast and completely and sufficiently in the mixer.
4.Auto electric control system
Adopt advanced PLC computer control system (TGL, famous brand in China). The machine can be controlled automatically or by manual.
